Mixify sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no tracking cookies. Every cookie below exists to sign you in and keep you signed in. That is also why you have not been shown a consent banner: cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for do not require consent, and we have chosen not to set any others.
If that changes — if we ever add anything measuring or advertising — you will be asked first, and this page will say so before it happens.
What is actually set

| __Secure-better-auth.state | Set only when you start a sign-in with Apple or Google, and lives for five minutes. It ties the request that leaves our site to the answer that comes back, which is what stops somebody else substituting their own. Discarded as soon as you return. |
Both are marked HttpOnly, which means JavaScript cannot read them, and Secure, which means they are only ever sent over an encrypted connection. They are set for mixify.bar and its subdomains so that one sign-in works across the site.
Our identity service may set one further short-lived cookie during a sign-in with Apple or Google to complete that exchange securely. It has the same character as the one above: seconds to minutes, no content beyond what the exchange needs.
Fonts, which are not a cookie but are worth telling you about
Our pages load typefaces from Google’s font servers. That sets no cookie, but it does mean your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads, and Google therefore sees your IP address. We would rather that were not so, and intend to serve those files from our own domain. Until we do, it is the only third-party request Mixify makes.
Turning them off
Your browser can block or delete cookies for this site. Blocking them does not stop you browsing recipes — that never needed an account — but it does make signing in impossible, because being signed in is precisely what the cookie is.
