Signing in, passwords, the security check, and how to leave.

Use your email and a password, Sign in with Apple or Continue with Google. If they share the same email address, they are the same account.

A new email account gets a confirmation link, good for an hour. No email? Check spam, then tap Send it again on the “Check your email” screen.

The security check

When you create an account, ask for a password link or resend the confirmation email, Mixify checks you are a person. It usually passes by itself in a few seconds. If it asks, tick the box.

If it fails, tap Try again, or close it and try once more.
On the web, a content blocker can stop it. Allow challenges.cloudflare.com, or try another browser.

Forgotten your password

On the sign-in screen, type your email address.
Tap Forgotten your password?
Open the link in the email. It works once, for an hour.
Choose a new password of at least 8 characters. You are signed out on every other device.

Signed up with Apple or Google and want a password as well? Use these same steps.

Change your password

Go to You → Account & settings → Change password, or the Password section of your profile on the web.
Type your current password, then the new one twice.

Your other devices are signed out, and we email you to confirm the change.

Account types

At sign-up you say what brings you here:

I drink them: log drinks, rank them, follow people, publish your own.
I make them (bartender): all of that, plus tips and Where I pour.
I am a brand: publish signature serves and run campaigns from the web dashboard.

The professional badge is separate: it is earned by verification, not by the type you picked. See Professional status.

Age

Mixify is only for people of legal drinking age where they live: 18 in most countries, 19 in Canada and South Korea, 20 in Japan and 21 in the United States.

Delete your account

Go to You → Account & settings → Delete my account…, or the bottom of your profile on the web.
Type your username, then tap Email me a code.
Enter the 6-digit code from the email (it works for 15 minutes) and tap Delete permanently.

It happens at once and cannot be undone. Published recipes stay up, credited to a name you choose or to nobody. What is deleted and what is kept.

In the app, You → Account & settings → Send feedback goes straight to the Mixify team. To report content or complain about a decision, use Report a problem.
